Former Liverpool Star Sadio Mané Might Make a Summer Move in the Saudi Pro League
Sadio Mané, a former fan favorite at Liverpool, could be on the brink of a summer transfer within the Saudi Pro League, according to Ben Jacobs, a CaughtOffside columnist, on X (formerly Twitter).
Jacobs reports that Al-Ittihad is intensifying their efforts to secure the Senegalese international. Additionally, Karim Benzema is especially eager to finalize the transfer, believing that Mané could significantly boost Nadi Al-Sha’ab’s chances in the title race.
With all due respect to the footballing scene in the Middle East, it’s hard not to feel that talents like Sadio Mané could be underutilized there.

We understand why the esteemed Real Madrid legend would want Mané to join the Al-Ittihad project, which already features an impressive lineup of top European players, such as Houseem Aouar, N’Golo Kanté, Jota, and Moussa Diaby.
Moreover, Mané would have the opportunity to play alongside one of football’s greatest talents, Cristiano Ronaldo, at Al-Nassr, which is home to a roster of elite athletes.
Despite this, we remain convinced that the former Bayern Munich star could be spending his prime years at a top European club, competing on the biggest stages of club football.
Ultimately, the decision is Mané’s, and it’s clear that the move has been financially beneficial for him and his family.
