Liverpool are reportedly monitoring three Bayer Leverkusen players as potential transfer targets: Florian Wirtz, Jeremie Frimpong, and Exequiel Palacios.
Sources close to the situation have informed CaughtOffside that Liverpool’s interest in Wirtz is growing. The player is open to a Premier League move, despite also being on the radar of Bayern Munich and Real Madrid.
Wirtz could command a fee around €100m, with a transfer more likely in the summer of 2025 as Leverkusen are expected to face pressure from top European clubs.
Liverpool are also interested in Frimpong, with a £34m release clause making him an attractive option.
The Reds could target him if Trent Alexander-Arnold, who is in the final year of his contract, departs. Manchester United are also keen on the Dutch right-back.
Palacios is another Leverkusen player catching Liverpool’s eye, though his €60m price tag and injury concerns could be obstacles. Chelsea and Arsenal are also reportedly interested in the midfielder.
