Chelsea made one change regarding Joao Felix this morning.

They have reportedly become open to a permanent transfer for the Portugal international just six months after signing him from Atletico Madrid.

Milan are already negotiating a potential loan deal with an option to buy. However, the talks are not advanced yet.
Offloading Felix may free space in the squad for another winger, such as Man United’s Alejandro Garnacho.

Felix has started just three Premier League games this season, coming off the bench nine times. He only scored once and provided one assist.
