Daniel Levy, the chairman of Tottenham Hotspur, has said that he negotiated a buy-back clause for Tottenham Hotspur as part of Harry Kane’s transfer to Bayern Munich this summer.
Kane left Spurs after 19 years of service and signed with the German champions in a deal valued close to £100 million. This marked the end of Kane’s time at Spurs.
However, Levy has just disclosed that his team has a clause that allows them to re-sign the striker in the future, so Spurs supporters may not have seen the last of Kane after all.
Levy revealed this information on Tuesday during a conference open to supporters. “There is a buy-back clause,” he said.
Levy did not disclose any specifics regarding the clause, including its value or the date on which it will take effect.

Kane will make his first appearance for Bayern in the Champions League on Wednesday when they take on Manchester United. Prior to making his debut for Bayern, Kane maintained that he will never stop rooting for his previous employers.
Kane has stated that he would always be monitoring Tottenham and that he will continue to do so for the rest of his life. “I’m always keeping an eye on them,”
