Pep Guardiola replies to Man Utd and Chelsea’s problematic start to the Premier League season.

After a dismal start to the current Premier League season, Pep Guardiola is certain that Manchester United and Chelsea will improve.

Every team experiences difficulties throughout the course of the season, but Guardiola believes they can overcome them.

After United’s 3-1 loss to Brighton, manager Erik ten Hag is under more pressure, and Chelsea’s goal-scoring woes persisted with a goalless draw against Bournemouth.

United have now lost three of their first five Premier League games, while Chelsea have only won once in their first five games and have only collected five points under Mauricio Pochettino.

Guardiola has admired the ways in which Arsenal and Liverpool have started the current campaign, but he also thinks that United and Chelsea will find their form “sooner or later.”

However, because of the way they started, significant teams are now traveling farther.

However, you know how powerful Arsenal is; I saw the match at Goodison Park [versus Everton] yesterday, and they are outstanding.

Liverpool, once more, is where their mentality persists.

Guardiola smiled and responded to the question regarding United’s start by saying, “Well, they didn’t start like I think they expected, like Chelsea, but always Man United, Chelsea, sooner or later they take the rhythm.”

“But it is important for us, [winning] five from five is really, really good,” he continued.
