A deal worth 150 million pounds has been agreed upon between Liverpool and the superstar.

The Reds and Liverpool have "agreed" on a 24-year-old target, and the president of the club is being encouraged to sabotage their interest in the player.

An Italian journalist claims that Liverpool and Victor Osimhen have already reached a “agreement” on the possibility of Osimhen moving to a different team.

The striker had previously indicated his willingness to extend his contract with Napoli through the year 2025; however, after learning about the interest shown by the Reds, Valter De Maggio said to Televomero (via Sport Witness) that they had reconsidered their decision.

In addition, he pleaded with the President of the Serie A champions, Aurelio de Laurentiis, to do everything in his power to keep the 24-year-old player on the team at least through the summer of 2019.

According to what the journalist reported, “Osimhen and [agent Roberto] Calenda broke their word after the parties had come to an agreement for the renewal.” What came to pass? Another club from the Premier League was also brought on board. I’m referring to the city of Liverpool.

As I’ve lately learned, not only would there be consistent contact, but there would also be agreements in place. To clarify, the agreements would be made between the Reds and the player, and Napoli would not be involved in the process in any way. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that Laurentiis can keep Victor Osimhen locked up until at least the month of June, but we can’t be certain.

If it is true that Osimhen and the Reds have already came to an agreement over the potential of Osimhen moving to Anfield for the Reds, this may be extremely encouraging for Liverpool’s ambitions of acquiring one of the most lethal attackers in Europe. If this is the case, it may be quite good for Liverpool’s hopes of securing one of the most deadly strikers in Europe.

We recommend that you proceed with extreme caution until the report by De Maggio is validated by additional trustworthy sources. Even if that turns out to be true, there is still a very significant possibility that it will make Napoli appear to be an idiot.

Thankfully, De Laurentiis has acknowledged that he would not be able to prevent the 24-year-old from leaving if he made the decision to do so.

Osimhen is an unrivaled goal scorer; he led the Azzurri to the championship of Serie A last year with a total of 26 goals, and he has already scored six goals in eight league games so far this season (according to Transfermarkt).

Despite positive hints that he may be joining Liverpool, we wouldn’t get too thrilled about the prospect of the Nigerian wearing the renowned red shirt until we get more reliable information on the player. In other words, we wouldn’t get too excited about the prospect of the Nigerian wearing the famous red shirt until we see more information on the player.
