Liverpool has successfully finalized the signing of their long-term midfield objective, which cost them £35 million.
During this transfer window, Liverpool, which is managed by Jurgen Klopp, is considering making a move to acquire Manu Kone from Borussia Monchengladbach.
Based on information provided by TuttoJuve, there is an additional Premier League team that is interested in signing the transfer target for Liverpool.
According to the Italian source, Monchengladbach may be able to sell Kone for a price of €40 million, which is equivalent to £34.68 million.
The past champions of both the Premier League and the Champions League had their sights set on signing Kone during the summer transfer window. However, they ultimately decided to acquire the services of Ryan Gravenberch, a Dutch international player, from Bayern Munich.
It has been stated by TuttoJuve that Tottenham Hotspur, which is Liverpool’s rival in the Premier League, is also interested in signing Kone.
Additionally, Juventus is interested in the French midfielder; however, the Italian club is not willing to pay €40 million (£34.68 million) for him.

As a result of the failure to acquire players such as Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia during the summer transfer window, Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool are continuing their search for a midfielder.
After losing players such as Fabinho, Jordan Henderson, Naby Keita, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Jurgen Klopp believes that he is still lacking in the midfield area. As a result, he is interested in signing Kone in order to fill the void that has been left by the players who have left the team.
Also, Liverpool is looking to acquire a defender, preferably a left-back, and they are in the market for one. Andy Robertson and Kostas Tsimikas are both now sidelined with injuries, and it is not clear when they will return to action.
Since the January transfer market opened three days ago, Liverpool has been linked with a number of players. The window currently opens until February 1.
Joshua Kimmich of Bayern Munich, Antonee Robinson of Fulham, Michael Olise of Crystal Palace, and most importantly, Kylian Mbappe of Paris Saint-Germain are all exceptional players.
As Jurgen Klopp works to strengthen his team’s position at the top of the Premier League, it is highly likely that he will make fresh acquisitions during the current month.
