According to Fabrizio Romano, The news that a football player is interested in moving to the Premier League has just come to light.

Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe is reportedly considering a move to the Premier League after being dissatisfied with Real Madrid’s attempt to secure a pre-contract agreement this month, as reported by The Times.

Real Madrid, eager to make him their highest-paid player, offered Mbappe a lucrative deal when his contract with PSG concludes this summer. However, the 25-year-old seems drawn to the prospect of a free-agent move to the Premier League.

The online news portal claims that “Mbappé has told friends that Real will not decide his future for him. Before Wednesday’s Trophée des Champions victory over Toulouse he discussed the matter with Nasser al-Khelaifi, assuring PSG’s president that he had neither signed for another club nor come to a conclusion on where he will continue his career.”

Currently, Mbappe is set to become a free agent in June, and recent reports suggest that he has agreed to forego a £69 million loyalty bonus if he decides to part ways with Paris Saint-Germain. Real Madrid had presented an enticing offer, including a €130 million signing bonus and a yearly salary of €26 million for 2022. Nevertheless, Mbappe’s reported lack of enthusiasm for the deal has opened the door for potential suitors in the Premier League.

The World Cup-winning forward’s potential move to England adds an intriguing twist to the upcoming transfer window, as top English clubs may now be presented with a golden opportunity to secure the services of one of the most coveted talents in world football on a free transfer.

Speaking about his future amid the latest transfer links to Liverpool and Real Madrid, Mbappe said: “No. I’m very, very motivated for this year. It is very important. As I said, we have got titles to go after and we have already taken one. After that, I haven’t made up my mind yet. I have not made a choice.”

Liverpool and Mbappe held talks previously but a move for the prolific forward this summer could see the Reds break their transfer record. He said in 2022: “I talked to Liverpool because it’s the favourite club of my mum. I don’t know why, you will have to ask her! It’s a good club and we met them five years ago. When I was in Monaco I met them. It’s a big club.”
